Chapter Salon & Co. is a cozy micro salon in Rockledge, Florida, created to feel a little different from the typical salon experience. We’re a small but growing team made up of three independent hair stylists, one independent nail tech, and a whole lot of heart behind the space we’ve created. We specialize in blonding, lived-in color, and extensions, with each artist bringing their own style, experience, and personality to the salon. Because we’re a collection of independent artists, you get a more personal experience while still having the warmth and community of a team. Above all, we want Chapter to feel comfortable, inviting, and genuinely welcoming — a place where you can come as you are, be yourself, and leave feeling like the best version of you. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: We strive to provide the highest quality of service to all our clients. To ensure we can accommodate every appointment and deliver exceptional experiences, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Reasons for 24-Hour Notice: 1. Fairness to All Clients: Providing a 24-hour notice allows us to offer your appointment slot to other clients who may be waiting for availability. This ensures that everyone gets the opportunity to benefit from our services promptly. 2. Preparation and Staffing: Our team dedicates time and resources to prepare for your appointment. A last-minute cancellation can lead to disruptions in our schedule and affect our ability to serve other clients effectively. 3. Commitment to Service Quality: We want to ensure that we can allocate the right amount of time and resources for each appointment. Advanced notice helps us maintain the quality of service you expect. Cancellation Fee: To manage the impact of late cancellations, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be applied for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with scheduling and staffing that are incurred regardless of whether the appointment is kept. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy. About the Author ✍️ Brandi Montes | Owner & Stylist I’ve been in the beauty industry for 16 years and behind the chair for 12 of them. Chapter Salon & Co. is the second salon I’ve had the opportunity to own, and it has been created with a very intentional vision for both my clients and my team. I specialize in blonding, fast foiling, and low-maintenance looks that are beautiful but still realistic for everyday life. In 2025, I also added hand-tied extensions to my skill set. I’m continuing to perfect that craft and learn something new every day, because I truly believe there is always room to grow. More than anything, I wanted Chapter to feel like a place where you can relax, feel comfortable, and completely be yourself. Life can be busy, and sometimes an appointment is about more than just your hair. I want you to have a place where you can decompress, feel taken care of, and walk out feeling refreshed, confident, and beautiful. Choosing my team was one of the most important parts of creating Chapter. I handpicked each person based on their energy, values, professionalism, drive, and talent. I care deeply about having good people around me, and I want that to translate into the experience every client has when they walk through our doors. At the core of everything I do, I just want the best for the people around me—my clients, my team, my friends, and my family. I want Chapter to be a place where you can come exactly as you are and leave feeling like your best self.

Hi, im Brooke! I’ve been a licensed hairstylist since 2020, and after taking a break while I stepped into my mama era, I’m officially back behind the chair and so excited to be here! I love creating dimensional color, beautiful blondes, lived-in looks, and effortless styles that make you feel like the best version of yourself. When I’m not in the salon, you can usually find me being a mom, spending time with my family, watching reality TV, drinking a Dr Pepper, and online shopping. I’m currently rebuilding my books and would love to meet some new faces! Whether you’re looking for a blonde refresh, a dimensional color, a fresh cut, or just an excuse to sit down, relax, and catch up for a few hours, I’d love to have you in my chair.
